Tru has really allowed us to bring our children's program to the next level. It is creative and engaging for our kids and has really helped us train and equip leaders better. The Big God Story has been great for our kids, and you can see the connections they are making with the timeline of the Bible and what it means for our lives. Tru has allowed not only our Sunday morning program to grow immensely, but also helped us shape our family ministries.

Our 1st and 2nd graders have been learning so much from this great curriculum. In fact, a total of 24 kids accepted salvation after our message this past Sunday! The lesson was on the temptation of Jesus and the need for the Holy Spirit's power to overcome this temptation. The kids learned that, by realizing their need for God and asking for His help, they receive the Holy Spirit. Praise the Lord that so many kids made the choice to accept Him as their source of strength! Please let your team know that there is great fruit coming out of your work at Tru!

I have never experienced anything like this—I have grown so much in my own personal walk with the Lord. At first some of our leaders were a little skeptical—it wasn't as activity-driven as they were used to, but they have loved the material. They feel like they are finally getting to know their small group of kids.
Our parents have really enjoyed the material that is available to them. They like being the ones who are preparing their kids for Sunday morning (we love that too!). The kids, parents, and leaders are learning to listen for the Holy Spirit and experiencing God in ways that many of them never have before.

We are excited about how we are expanding the opportunities for families by using the HomeFront Monthly material as a base for our monthly Father Son meetings (Father Son Network) and Mother Daughter meetings (Feed Your Faith).
Every month our Community Life pastor creates wild and crazy games and activities for Fathers & Sons—it all ties into the The Big God Story and the Remember Verse. Our Mother & Daughters spend time learning hospitality by cooking together with the idea to share what they've made with others. They often use the recipes from the HomeFront Monthly & Remember Verse. It's a blast to come to Creekside on the first Wednesday of the month and see parents and their kids having a blast and learning about God together!
